Glassybaby Seconds Sale in SoDo
Queue up (like, soon) for the charitable local company's most sought-after sale.

WHERE: Glassybaby headquarters in SoDo. Meaning, you’ll be disappointed if you pull up to the Madrona location where sales have historically been held.
WHAT: Here we go.
Perhaps the biggest Seattle shopping event that doesn’t occur the day after Thanksgiving and isn’t called the Glitter Sale, the Glassybaby Seconds Sale moves from its Madrona shop to a new SoDo warehouse this year.
For any first-timers out there: Glassybaby collects its slightly imperfect votives and drinkers throughout the year—pieces with color inconsistencies, bubbles, or maybe some height differences—and hosts a sale with these Glassymaybes priced between $28 and $40 (compared to the usual $44 to $75).
As always, 10 percent of sales will benefit charity, this year’s being the Skagit Valley Hospital Foundation in support of uncompensated cancer care through the Cancer Care Patient Assistance Fund.
WHEN: Saturday, January 24; the doors open at 8 that morning, but the line starts many hours earlier. And there will be a line, you just need to gather up some snacks and decide what time you’d like to join it.
