First Look on Pinterest
You know when, where, why, and with whom, now check out our Pinterest boards to find out how. As in "how stunning."
No doubt about it; come Sunday, February 10, First Look is going to amaze and inspire all those who gather at the newly renovated party in the sky, the Columbia Tower Club.
An image from the Seattle Met and Seattle Met B&G Pinterest account titled First Look: 76th Floor.
So far we’ve told you why you’re invited to this grand, first-ever design- and fashion-focused showcase, and we’ve told you about all the exciting vendors—from Sinclair & Moore Events (Formerly Steven Moore Designs) and The Dress Theory to Occasions, Tallant House, and Green Light Event Design (and, just added: Kerri Efendi Designs)—and you know that we’re going above and beyond the average showcase to bring you:
- posing workshops with top photographers
- pop-up shops with chic boutiques
- hands-on trend workshops
- expert demos
- and more!
But until now we haven’t really talked about what it’s going to look like.
And you’ll probably want to know what a design- and fashion-focused showcase is going to look like. Right? Of course, we’re saving the wow factor for that sweet Sunday, but as a means of giving you a sneak peek—and as a way of modeling the process of inspiration, editing, and implementation, the First Look vendors and I would like to invite you to check out the Pinterest boards that we’re using to communicate and collaborate with each other.
The board labeled First Look: Hunter Gatherer refers to the CTC’s 75th floor area, where the party starts; the board labeled First Look: 76th Floor correlates with the second half of the party, during which we’ll shop, dance, strike some poses, and enjoy dessert.
You can access many key Seattle wedding vendors from our account; just click through to see who we’re following, and keep in mind that’s growing (confession: we only just recently started in on this pinning thing). See us commenting on each other’s pins and working together to bring you a really smashing showcase, and make a few repins yourself while you’re at it.
