Imagining a couple with similar roots—or just a passion for spicy salsa and vibrant good times—Keller collaborated with Finch & Thistle Event Design’s Rachel Bowes, and together they dreamt up ways to mix ceramics and confetti with history and landscape. Iconic friendship bracelets from Mexico wrap sand-colored napkins while miniature spray-painted maracas guide guests to their seats. Bowes’s vivid, European-inspired arrangements keep the vibe sophisticated and rich. Cast Iron’s culinary director, Jeremy Flores, once the head chef at Cast Iron’s sister spot Barrio, designed a menu that could be perfectly spiked with family-style pitchers of -jalapeño margaritas.
